Baked Fish in Simple Sauce
|Fillet of Flounder (rolled) or Halibut (cut at least one inch thick)
|glass Sour Cream
|can Creamy Tomato Soup
Make a sauce of equal parts sour cream and tomato soup. One can and one glass of sour cream is enough for 5-6 portions.
Pour sauce over the fish and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
