Baked Fish in Simple Sauce

5-6 Servings

Fillet of Flounder (rolled) or Halibut (cut at least one inch thick)
1 glass Sour Cream
1 can Creamy Tomato Soup


Make a sauce of equal parts sour cream and tomato soup. One can and one glass of sour cream is enough for 5-6 portions.

Pour sauce over the fish and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
