Baked White Fish Loaf


Recipe provided by Roberta Meyers of the Avivah Chapter.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Cod or Haddock (filleted)
3 Eggs
½ cup Matzo Meal or Bread Crumbs
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
1 Carrot
¼ tsp. Paprika

Sauce:

½ Chilli Sauce
½ Sour Cream

Directions:

Put fish, onions, green peppers, carrots, and celery thru a grinder.

Season mixutre with salt and pepper. Add 3 eegs and bread crumbs or matzo meal. Adjust meal to desired consistancy.

Form a loaf and place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on top.

Bake about 30 to 40 minutes. Slice and serve with sauce.
