Barbeque Sauce for Marinating and Basting
|1||cup Catsup (or can Tomato Sauce)|
|2||cloves diced Garlic|
|½||small Onion diced|
|1||tbs. Brown Sugar|
|1||tsp. Dry Mustard|
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Add dashes of Tabasco, Worcestershire and pepper to taste.
Bring sauce to a boil, while stirring to combine. Take off stove.
