Barbeque Sauce for Marinating and Basting
Ingredients:
| 1 | cup Catsup (or can Tomato Sauce) |
| ¼ | cup Vinegar |
| ¼ | cup Oil |
| 2 | cloves diced Garlic |
| ½ | small Onion diced |
| 1 | tbs. Brown Sugar |
| 1 | tsp. Dry Mustard |
| Tabasco Sauce | |
| Worcestershire Sauce | |
| Ground Pepper |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Add dashes of Tabasco, Worcestershire and pepper to taste.
Bring sauce to a boil, while stirring to combine. Take off stove.
