BBQ Glazed Chicken
|½||cup Spare Rib Sauce|
|¼||cup melted Shortening|
|juice of 1 Lemon|
Dip chicken in seasoned flour and fry. When brown on both sides, put in a baking dish. Brush generously with above mixture. Baste a few times while baking. Cook in a 350° oven for 1½ hours.
