BBQ Glazed Chicken

Recipe provided by Gladys Goldblatt of the Linden-Roselle Chapter.


4 Chicken Breasts
½ cup Spare Rib Sauce
¼ cup melted Shortening
2 tbsp. Sugar
juice of 1 Lemon
½ tsp. Paprika


Dip chicken in seasoned flour and fry. When brown on both sides, put in a baking dish. Brush generously with above mixture. Baste a few times while baking. Cook in a 350° oven for 1½ hours.
