Beef and Macaroni

4-6 Servings

This simple and delicious meal makes a great lunch or side dish for a pot luck.

Beef and Macaroni


1 pound of chopped beef
1 medium onion, diced small
1 small clove of garlic, diced small
1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 8 oz. can of Sauce Arturo
1 pinch of sugar
  salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound of macaroni (pick your favorite)


Begin to brown the onions and garlic in a little bit of olive oil. When the onions begin to turn yellow, add and brown the chopped meat. Drain the fat from the meat, onions, and garlic. Add the tomato sauce, Sauce Arturo, salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a simmer.

Boil the macaroni according to the directions on the package.

Mix macaroni and sauce together. Add a little bit of sugar at the end of cooking.
