Bing Cherry Jello Mold


Recipe provided by Mona Birn of the Linden-Roselle Chapter.

Ingredients:

1 package Cherry Jello
1 cup boiling Cherry Juice
1 cup Cherry Wine
1 cup Pineapple (drained crushed)
1 cup Chopped Pecans
1 cup Pitted Bing Cherries

Directions:

Dissolve jello in boiling cherry juice. Add wine - Fold in nuts, pineapple and cherries. Rinse mold with cold water (½ qrt.) Chill until firm.
