Carrot Ring Mold
Ingredients:
| 1 | cup Spry |
| ½ | cup Brown Sugar |
| 1 | Egg beaten |
| 2 | cups grated Carrot |
| 1 | tsp. Salt |
| ½ | tsp. Cinnamon |
| ½ | tsp. Nutmeg |
| ½ | tsp. Baking Soda |
| 1 ¼ | cups Flour |
Directions:
Mix all vigorously. Pour into a greased ring pan and bake in a mild medium (300 degree) oven for 1 hour.
