Cheese Ball Appetizer
Ingredients:
| 2 | 3 oz. packages of cream cheese |
| ⅛ | lb Roquefort Cheese |
| 2 | tbs. Celery (chopped fine) |
| 1 | tbs. Onion (chopped fine) |
| few | grains of Cayenne Pepper |
| 1 | tsp. Salad Dressing |
| ½ | cup Chopped Walnut meats |
| Parsley (cut fine) |
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and Roquefort cheese. Add celery, onion, and enough salad dressing to moisten. Form into a ball.
Roll the ball in the nut meats and parsley.
Chill and serve with crackers.
