Cheese Ball Appetizer
|2||3 oz. packages of cream cheese|
|⅛||lb Roquefort Cheese|
|2||tbs. Celery (chopped fine)|
|1||tbs. Onion (chopped fine)|
|few||grains of Cayenne Pepper|
|1||tsp. Salad Dressing|
|½||cup Chopped Walnut meats|
|Parsley (cut fine)|
Blend cream cheese and Roquefort cheese. Add celery, onion, and enough salad dressing to moisten. Form into a ball.
Roll the ball in the nut meats and parsley.
Chill and serve with crackers.
