Cheese Ball Appetizer


This recipe is credited to Clara Aaron of the Kadima Chapter.

Ingredients:

23 oz. packages of cream cheese
lb Roquefort Cheese
2tbs. Celery (chopped fine)
1tbs. Onion (chopped fine)
few grains of Cayenne Pepper
1tsp. Salad Dressing
½cup Chopped Walnut meats
Parsley (cut fine)

Directions:

Blend cream cheese and Roquefort cheese. Add celery, onion, and enough salad dressing to moisten. Form into a ball.

Roll the ball in the nut meats and parsley.

Chill and serve with crackers.
