Chicken Chow Mein
|3||tbs. Chicken Fat|
|3||cups diced Celery|
|2||cups diced Onions|
|1 ½||cup chicken soup or water|
|2||cups diced Chicken|
|1||can Bean Sprouts - drained|
|3||tsp. Soy Sauce|
|2||tbs. Corn Starch|
Combine chicken fat, celery, onions, and chicken soup and cook gently until vegetables are tender.
Add diced chicken, bean sprouts and 1 tbs. soy sauce. Cover and cook for 15 minutes more. Mix till sauce is a smooth paste then add the remaining soy sauce, corn starch, and sugar.
Cook and stir for 15 minutes. Serve with 2 cups boiled rice or warm noodles.
