Chicken in Sauterne Wine

Recipe by Florence Scheer of the Wm. M. Untermann Chapter.


2 frying Chicken in pieces
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom, Chicken, or Celery Soup
2 cloves of Garlic - crushed or ¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ cup of Sauterne Wine


Add garlic and wine to soup. Spread over chickens, sprinkle cut parsley and paprika on top. Bake 1 to 1 ½ hours in 350° oven.
