|1||lb. Beef, Calves or Chicken Liver|
|2||Hard Boiled Eggs|
|Chicken Fat to moisten|
|Salt and Pepper to taste|
Fry 2 diced onions in chicken fat over low heat. When lightly browned add sliced liver. Turn and fry until the liver is thoroughly done.
When cool put the liver, onions, 2 eggs and 1 raw onion through a meat grinder or chop fine. Mix thoroughly and add salt and pepper to taste. If dry add more chicken fat.
