Cucumber Sauce for Fish Mousse

Recipe provided by Anne Schwartz of the Marion Rappaport Chapter.


1 ½ cup Cucumber, chopped and drained
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbs. Onion scrapped
2 tbs. Lemon Juice
dash Ground Pepper
1 cup Sour Cream


Mix cucumber, salt, onion, lemon juice and add pepper to taste.

Just before serving add sour cream.
