Easy Noodle Pudding (Parve)
Ingredients:
1 | 8 oz. package of medium Noodles |
1 | stick (¼ lb.) Margarine |
1 | small can crushed Pineapple |
2 | Eggs |
Salt and Pepper |
Directions:
Cook Noodles in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain. Place in large bowl. Add stick of Margarine, Salt and Pepper. Mix until Margarine is melted. Stir in Eggs and Pineapple.
Put in a shallow baking pan that has been greased with Oil or with part of the Margarine stick.
Bake for one hour in a moderate oven (350°).
