Easy Noodle Pudding (Parve)
|1||8 oz. package of medium Noodles|
|1||stick (¼ lb.) Margarine|
|1||small can crushed Pineapple|
|Salt and Pepper|
Cook Noodles in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain. Place in large bowl. Add stick of Margarine, Salt and Pepper. Mix until Margarine is melted. Stir in Eggs and Pineapple.
Put in a shallow baking pan that has been greased with Oil or with part of the Margarine stick.
Bake for one hour in a moderate oven (350°).
