Easy Noodle Pudding (Parve)

Recipe provided by Mrs. Paul Witkin of the Avivah Chapter.


1 8 oz. package of medium Noodles
1 stick (¼ lb.) Margarine
1 small can crushed Pineapple
2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper


Cook Noodles in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain. Place in large bowl. Add stick of Margarine, Salt and Pepper. Mix until Margarine is melted. Stir in Eggs and Pineapple.

Put in a shallow baking pan that has been greased with Oil or with part of the Margarine stick.

Bake for one hour in a moderate oven (350°).
