Egg and Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
| 3 | hard boiled Eggs (chopped fine) |
| ¼ | lb. Spinach (washed, drained and chopped fine) |
| Mayonnaise | |
| Salt | |
| Pepper |
Directions:
Toss the above ingredients together.
This recipe may be eaten as is, or used to make sandwiches.
