Egg and Spinach Salad


Recipe provided by Florence Grossman of the Amity Chapter.

Ingredients:

3 hard boiled Eggs (chopped fine)
¼ lb. Spinach (washed, drained and chopped fine)
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

Toss the above ingredients together.

This recipe may be eaten as is, or used to make sandwiches.
