Golden Glazed Chicken Breasts Recipe

This is a really tasty chicken recipe.

 
 
1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup mix
2/3 cup of apricot preserves
1/2 cup of water
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 large red or green peppers, sliced
hot, cooked rice
 

In a small bowl, combine the soup mix, preserves and water. Mix well and set aside.

In a foil lined broiler pan, arrange the chicken breasts and peppers. Top them off with the soup mixture. Broil for 10 minutes or until the chicken is done, turning once.

Serve over hot rice.
