Ground Beef and Vegetable Casserole

Recipe provided by Becky Sakalsky of the Morris County Chapter.


2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 clove Garlic, chopped fine
1 can Tomato Sauce
3 stalks Celery, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
4 large Potatoes, sliced thin
Salt and Pepper


Grease a casserole dish.

Layer bottom with thinly sliced potatoes, and chopped onion, then place on chopped celery.

Mix garlic into ground beef and layer on top of vegetables. Distribute beef over top of vegetables.

Pour tomato sauce over it completely.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees until beef is cook and potatoes are done.
