Homemade Rice Custard

Recipe provided by Mrs. Aaron Walters of the Ayelet Chapter.


3 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 cup cooked Rice
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla or Lemon Juice


Beat Eggs and add basic ingredients. Place in a greased casserole in a pan of water in a 325° oven for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
