Kosher Spare Ribs
Ingredients:
| 4 | ribs of lamb |
| ½ | cup Ketchup |
| ½ | cup Water |
| 3 | tsp. Vinegar |
| 3 | tsp. Sugar |
| 1 | Onion sliced thin |
| 3 | dashes Worcestershire Sauce |
| Garlic Salt |
Directions:
Place ribs in roasting pan. Cover with sliced onion. Add the rest of the ingredients and roast in moderate (350-375) for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
