Kosher Spare Ribs

Recipe provided by Isabel Heller of the Union Chapter.


4 ribs of lamb
½ cup Ketchup
½ cup Water
3 tsp. Vinegar
3 tsp. Sugar
1 Onion sliced thin
3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Garlic Salt


Place ribs in roasting pan. Cover with sliced onion. Add the rest of the ingredients and roast in moderate (350-375) for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
