Luscious Pototo Salad


Recipe provided by Mrs. Albert Chodosh of the Kadimah Chapter.

Ingredients:

8 medium Potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 Onion, chopped fine
4 tbs. Mayonnaise
2 tbs. Vinegar
2 tsp. hot Water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients while potatoes are warm.

When cool, can add 1/2 cup more mayonnaise for a creamier salad. Toss lightly, trim with grated carrot
