Matzoh Meal Muffins


Recipe provided by Mrs. Joseph Marcus of the Newark Chapter.

Ingredients:

½ cup Water
½ cup Oil
1 tbs.Sugar
1 cup Matzoh Meal
1 pinch Salt
4 Eggs

Directions:

Bring to a boil, water, oil, sugar, and salt

Revove from stove and bear in Eggs, one at a time.

Fill greased muffin tins half way.

Bake at 450° for about 15 minutes.

Notes:

Prep Time: About a half hour
