Meat Balls In Beer Sauce


This recipe is credited to Eilean Wuhl of the Westfield Chapter.

Ingredients:

lbs. chopped Meat
½ can of Beer
3 tbs. India Relish
1 bottle of Chili Sauce
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic to taste

Directions:

Make small meatballs and brown them. Put them in a pot and add the remaining ingredients. Let simmer until the sauce thickens (approximately 1½ to 2 hours).

Stir occassionally to prevent sticking.

Excellent for freezing and re-use.
