Meat Balls In Beer Sauce
|1½||lbs. chopped Meat|
|½||can of Beer|
|3||tbs. India Relish|
|1||bottle of Chili Sauce|
|Salt, Pepper, and Garlic to taste|
Make small meatballs and brown them. Put them in a pot and add the remaining ingredients. Let simmer until the sauce thickens (approximately 1½ to 2 hours).
Stir occassionally to prevent sticking.
Excellent for freezing and re-use.
