Missy's Favorite Beef Stew

5-6 Servings

Recipe provided by Mrs. Abe Jatlow of the Marion Rappeport Chapter.


2 lbs. Beef (cubed)
2 medium Onions (diced)
1 can Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp. water
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
Garlic to taste
3 Carrots (sliced)
1 lb. String Beans
6 medium Potatoes (quartered)


Place Onions and Meat in a pot. Season and add Tomato Sauce and Water. Cook for two hours under medium flame.

Add vegetables and cook for one hour more.
