Noodle Pudding with Liver
Ingredients:
| 1 lb of Beef Liver to 1 lb. Noodles | |
| 2 | lb. Onions (cut fine) |
| 4 | Eggs |
| Salt | |
| Pepper |
Directions:
Saute 2 lbs. Onions cut fine - season with Salt and Pepper. Add noodles boiled and drained and 4 Eggs.
Pan broil Liver - grind or chop it. Add to noodle mixture. Bake in a greased casserole dish for 40 minutes.
