Noodle Pudding with Liver


Recipe provided by Dianne Williams of the Linden-Roselle Chapter.

Ingredients:

1 lb of Beef Liver to 1 lb. Noodles
2 lb. Onions (cut fine)
4 Eggs
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

Saute 2 lbs. Onions cut fine - season with Salt and Pepper. Add noodles boiled and drained and 4 Eggs.

Pan broil Liver - grind or chop it. Add to noodle mixture. Bake in a greased casserole dish for 40 minutes.
