Noodle Stuffing for Poultry
Ingredients:
| 1 | box of fine Noodles |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 3 | tbs. Chicken Fat |
| 3 | stalks of Celery |
| ½ | Green Pepper |
| 2 | Onions |
| 1 | tsp. Salt |
| ¼ | lb. Mushrooms |
Directions:
Saute Celery, Green Pepper, Onion, Mushrooms and Salt with Chicken Fat.
Add to cooked, strained noodles - add Eggs.
Stuff cavity of fowl ¾ full.
