Noodle Stuffing for Poultry


Recipe provided by Sonya Goldberg of the Orange Chapter.

Ingredients:

1 box of fine Noodles
3 Eggs
3 tbs. Chicken Fat
3 stalks of Celery
½ Green Pepper
2 Onions
1 tsp. Salt
¼ lb. Mushrooms

Directions:

Saute Celery, Green Pepper, Onion, Mushrooms and Salt with Chicken Fat.

Add to cooked, strained noodles - add Eggs.

Stuff cavity of fowl ¾ full.
