Orange Kiss Me Cake
One 13x9 cake
|1||6 oz. can of thawed orange juice|
|2||cups of flour|
|1||cup of sugar|
|1||teaspoon of baking soda|
|1||teaspoon of salt|
|½||cup of shortening|
|½||cup of milk|
|1||cup of raisins|
|⅓||cup of chopped walnuts|
Grease and flour the bottom of a 13x9 inch cake pan.
Combine ½ cup of orange juice with the remaining ingredients into a large bowl. Blend at the lowest speed then pour into the pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
Drizzle the remaining orange juice over the warm cake and springle with sugar-nut topping.
Sugar Nut Topping:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
