Passover Matzo Bagel

Recipe provided by Lois Weinstein of the Amity Chapter.


3 cups Water
1 cup Oil
3 cups Matzo Meal
6 Eggs
1 tbs. Sugar


Heat water and oil together to just under boiling. Pour mixture over matzo meal and let cool.

When cool, add eggs and sugar. Roll dough into balls and press thumb into the center on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown.
