Passover Matzoh Buns
|1||cup Boiling Water|
|2||cup Matzoh Meal|
Add nyafat to boiling water in large saucepan. Heat until fat is melted.
Add dry ingredients all at once and beat rapidly over low heat. Mixture will form a ball.
Remove from heat. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Batter should be thick and smooth. Shape into 8 balls.
Place on greased sheet. Cut roll design on each dough round.
Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
