Potato Dough Knishes
|1||Onion chopped and lightly browned|
|Salt and Pepper|
|1||lbs. or 2 cups of ground cooked beef or lung or any substitute|
|Seasoning to taste|
Mash boiled potatoes with onion, egg, seasoning and gradually add flour. Place large spoonful of dough mixture on well greased cookie sheet. Add 1 Tbsp. of filling ingredients (after mixing thorooughly) on potato mixture and cover with another spoonful of potato mixture. Clamp dough edges loosely with fingers. Bake in oven at 350° degrees for 20 minutes.
