Salmon Loaf
Ingredients:
| 1 | can of Salmon |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 4 | tbs. Matzo Meal |
| 1 | cup. Peas (canned or prepared) |
| 1 | Onion (grated) |
| 1 | Carrots (grated) |
| ⅛ | lb. Butter (melted) |
| ¼ | tsp. Salt |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix together well. Place mixture into a greased pan. Dot mixture with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
