Savory Orange Glazed Chicken

Recipe provided by Edith Bertell of the Wm. M. Untermann Chapter.


10 oz. Orange Marmalade
2 tbs. Margarine
1 can of small Onions (drained)
1 Broiler Chicken


In a sauce pan combine orange marmalade and margarine. Simmer for a few minutes. Add onions and set aside.

Brush chicken (quartered) with grease and season to taste with salt, pepper, or paprika.

Place in a flat pan skin side up. Bake 30 to 45 minutes till chicken browns in a 350 degree oven.

Pour marmalade mixture over chicken and bake another hour or until done. Don't turn pieces over while baking.
