Sea Food Casserole

Recipe Provided by Leona Cappel of the Morris County Chapter.


1 cup Cream Celery Soup
1 large fillet of Halibut
1 large fillet of Salmon
½ cup Velveeta Cheese
Bread Crumbs
Celery and Onion


Boil fish with celery and onion. Once cooked remove fillets and flake.

Grease casserole dish. Add flaked fish to dish. Fold in celery soup, Velveeta cheese and parsley. Cover top with a layer of bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until crust forms.
