Steak A La Max
|1½||inch steak free of bones or fat|
|¼||cup Wesson Oil|
|⅛||tsp. Black Pepper|
|⅛||tsp. Garlic Powder|
|¼||tsp. Mustard Powder|
|Scallions finely chopped|
Slice steak across grain at angle into 1/8 inch slices.
Mix oil, water, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, mustard powder, and scallions together. Soak sliced steak in oil mixture.
Broil slices on each side for 30 seconds under a hot broiler. Serve immediately.
