Steak A La Max
Ingredients:
| 1½ | inch steak free of bones or fat |
| ¼ | cup Wesson Oil |
| ¼ | cup Water |
| ⅛ | tsp. Salt |
| ⅛ | tsp. Black Pepper |
| ⅛ | tsp. Paprika |
| ⅛ | tsp. Garlic Powder |
| ¼ | tsp. Mustard Powder |
| Scallions finely chopped |
Directions:
Slice steak across grain at angle into 1/8 inch slices.
Mix oil, water, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, mustard powder, and scallions together. Soak sliced steak in oil mixture.
Broil slices on each side for 30 seconds under a hot broiler. Serve immediately.
