10 large mushrooms
|10||large Mushrooms with the stems removed|
|2||cans of Pimentos|
|1½||tbs. Corn Flakes or Bread Crumbs|
|Salt to taste|
Finely chop the pimentos, Onion and Corn Flakes.
Saute the Pimentos, Onion, and Corn Flakes in butter.
Place the Mushroom caps in a pan. Fill the cavities with the above mixture. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes until done.
