Stuffed Mushrooms

10 large mushrooms


This recipe is credited to Marilyn Markovitz of the Westfield Chapter.

Ingredients:

10large Mushrooms with the stems removed
2cans of Pimentos
1medium Onion
tbs. Corn Flakes or Bread Crumbs
Butter
Salt to taste

Directions:

Finely chop the pimentos, Onion and Corn Flakes.

Saute the Pimentos, Onion, and Corn Flakes in butter.

Place the Mushroom caps in a pan. Fill the cavities with the above mixture. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes until done.
