|1||medium Onion (sliced)|
|3||tbs. chopped Green Peppers|
|1||can of Tomato Sauce|
|1||cup of Water|
|1||tsp. Worcestershire Sauce|
In a heavy skillet, cook the Onion and Green Pepper until tender. Then, pound the Flour into the Beef with the edge of a heavy plate.
Brown the meat on both sides in the fat then add the other ingredients and simmer for about 1½ hours until tender.
