Tuna Noodle Casserole

3-4 Servings


Recipe provided by Sadie Klein of the Business and Professional Chapter.

Ingredients:

1 7 oz. can White Meat Tuna
6 oz. Broad Noodles
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (diluted with 1/2 can water)
1 small package of Peas
Stick of Butter
Corn Flakes

Directions:

Boil noodles 8 minutes in salted water. Drain and allow cold water to run through same to seperate noodles.

Line casserole dish with noodles, then add a layer of tuna that has been forked into small pieces. Sprinkle a layer of peas over the Tuna. Repeat until ingredients are finished.

Sprinkle top with crushed corn flakes and top with dots of butter.

Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
