Veal Scallopini
4 Servings
Ingredients:
| 2 | lbs. italian style Veal |
| 1 | Green Pepper (diced) |
| 1 | med. Onion (diced) |
| 1 | can sliced Mushroom (drained) |
| 2 | cans Tomato Sauce |
| 1 | can Tomato Paste |
| ½ | can Water |
| 1 | tbsp. Shortening |
| ¼ | tsp. Basil |
| ⅛ | tsp. Oregano |
| ½ | tsp. Garlic Powder |
| ⅓ | cup Marsala Wine |
Directions:
Saute Veal, peppers, and onions in fat, till lightly brown. Add rest of ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Bake about 60-75 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Serve over rice, shells or spaghetti.
