|3||cups of Zucchini Squash|
|½||cups Matzoh Meal|
|1||tsp. Grated Onion *|
|1||tsp. Baking Powder|
|dash of Pepper|
Peel Zucchini and grate on a fine grater.
Drain off most of the water and add eggs and other ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into a well greased pudding dish and bake at 400 ° for about 35 minutes or until a brown crust has formed on top.
* More onion may be used if a stronger flavor is desired.
