Coney Island Barbecue Sauce Recipe
approximately 1 cup
We have not tried this one yet, but our cousin Robert loves it. He makes his a little bit hotter.

cup water |
| 1/4 |
cup vinegar |
| 3/4 |
cup ketchup |
| 2 |
tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
| 3 |
tablespoon brown sugar |
| 1 |
tablespoon mustard |

garlic powder |
| |
dried onion |
| |
salt and pepper |
| 3 |
drops tabasco sauce |

Mix all the ingredients together. Cook until well blended. Add a few drops of tabasco sauce. Cook over a double boiler for 1 hour.
Makes enough for about 2 lbs of ribs with some dipping sauce on the side.
